Changes and Cancellations
Need to change your booking? Love4Adventure™ understands!
- Changes or cancellations made more than 15 days prior to your tour(s) will incur a 5% administrative fee
- Changes or cancellations made within 8 to 14 days of the tour will incur a 25% fee
- Changes or cancellations made within 3 to 7 days of the tour will incur a 50% fee
- Tours are non-refundable for changes or cancellations made within 3 days of the tour

In the unlikely event that the tour cannot be held as scheduled all possible efforts will be made to reschedule but Love4adventure™ cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from weather and road connections, breakdowns, strikes, riots, acts of God, authority of law or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event that a tour is cancelled due to any of the aforementioned reasons those participants who have made full or partial payment for the tour will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid, but under no circumstances will love4adventure and/or its affiliates be liable for cancellation to a tour participant in excess of the amount paid.
